Includes various manual therapy techniques including deep tissue release, cupping, scraping, dry needling (coming soon), etc. to address your areas of concern. This can be useful in enhancing sports performance, aiding in recovery, addressing tissue overuse, muscle strains, and for injury prevention/treatment.
