Training

Sports performance and wellness training to meet your goals, offered in personal, partner, and group sessions. These also work well as a transition from physical therapy back into your sporting events/activities.

Personal Training - 60 minutes

Personal training sessions are private, one-on-one training sessions with our wellness trainer. Whether your goals are sports performance, general wellness, or getting back to higher level activities after physical therapy, these sessions are for you.

Partner Training - 60 minutes

Partner training sessions are two-on-one training sessions with one trainer and two trainees. This can be for couples, friends, siblings, teammates, etc. Even though you will be sharing the space/trainer, each person will have their own individualized program.

Group Classes - 60 minutes

These weekly classes offer functional training in a fun, small group environment (limit 6 per session).
